INTERNAL RULES & REGULATIONS – VIVI SPA & BEAUTY


**CHAPTER 1


GENERAL RULES**


  1. 1. These regulations establish the proper conduct of activities and services provided to visitors, for the protection of their health, maintaining order and cleanliness, and ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment within Vivi SPA.

  2. 2. The use of coffee grounds, grains, or any other cosmetic or chemical products is strictly prohibited in the Spa area. Only products provided by the salon staff may be used during procedures.

  3. 3. Knowledge, acceptance and compliance with these rules is mandatory for all persons using the Spa center, including clients, partners, and employees.

  4. 4. Payment for services is made at the Spa reception, by bank transfer, cash, or through the official website vivispa.md.

  5. 5. Service prices, duration, and products sold may be changed without prior notice by Spa management and will be displayed accordingly.

  6. 6. Any person who damages equipment or other Spa property, including through improper use, shall bear all costs necessary for repair or replacement.

  7. 7. Equipment may only be operated, adjusted or stopped by Spa staff. Clients must address staff for any such requests.

  8. 8. The Spa administration is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen personal items left in locker rooms, aqua zone, terraces, pool, lounge chairs, etc., nor for unattended valuables. Please do not leave valuables unattended.

  9. 9. Children under 14 years old are not allowed in the aqua zone. Children aged 14 and above may enter only when accompanied by an adult.

  10. 10. Bringing food or drinks into the Spa is prohibited. Only food and beverages provided by Vivi Spa are allowed.

  11. 11. Smoking inside the Spa is strictly prohibited and will be penalized.

  12. 12. Pets are not allowed inside the Spa.

  13. 13. Silence is required inside the Spa and mobile phones must be set to silent mode.

  14. 14. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and changing. Any delay will reduce the duration of your procedure. If the delay exceeds 20% of the procedure time, the specialist has the right to cancel the appointment.

  15. 15. We recommend a medical check-up before using Spa services, as you are personally responsible for your health. The Spa is not liable for health issues resulting from improper use of equipment or services. If using the sauna or salt room, please consult a doctor and stop immediately if you feel discomfort, pain, nausea, dizziness, etc.

  16. 16. If you book procedures such as massage, body wraps, laser hair removal, etc., you must inform staff of any medical condition. Staff may refuse service if procedures could worsen your condition. The Spa is not responsible if the client failed to disclose such information.

  17. 17. Pool depth is 1.55 m. Do not enter if this is unsafe for you. Children must not be left unattended. The Spa assumes no liability for incidents related to this.

  18. 18. Jumping into the pool or jacuzzi is forbidden. Inflatable objects are not allowed.

  19. 19. Visitors are responsible for public order. Weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden.

  20. 20. Vivi Spa & Beauty working hours:

    Monday 12:00–21:00

    Tuesday–Sunday 09:00–21:00

  21. 21. Payments at reception may be made in cash or by bank card.

  22. 22. Indecent behavior, obscene language or gestures are prohibited.


Access is prohibited for:



  • persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

  • persons with offensive appearance or dirty clothing;

  • persons with pets;

  • persons with contagious diseases;

  • persons without proper attire (swimsuit, slippers);

  • filming or photography without administration approval;

  • filming or photographing other guests without consent;

  • bringing food or alcoholic drinks (except with administration approval);

  • children under 14.

Clients will be asked to leave if they violate the rules, behave indecently, ignore hygiene rules, disobey staff, use drugs, behave inappropriately in the pool or sauna, practice nudity/topless behavior, pour substances on sauna stones, misuse saunas, jump into pools or bring inflatables.


The Spa reserves the right to remove disruptive clients and contact authorities if needed.

Do not open doors or windows while air conditioning is on.

Do not interfere with equipment.

Access is by appointment only and subject to availability.

Schedules may change during certain periods.


**CHAPTER 2


GIFT CERTIFICATES**


  • A gift certificate represents a prepaid amount for future services.

  • Named certificates are valid 6 months. Certificates with specific procedures are valid 3 months. Extension for 1 month costs 10%.

  • • The holder is responsible for booking within validity.

  • Named certificate holders may choose any procedures within the value or pay the difference.

  • Procedure certificates cannot be changed.

  • Certificates are non-refundable to the recipient. Refunds go only to the buyer with receipt within 14 days. Bank fees apply for card payments.

  • Appointments are required.

  • First cancellation over 24h is free.

    Second cancellation under 24h retains 30%.

    Third cancellation retains 50%.

  • Certificates are not valid during promotions.


**CHAPTER 3


WEEKEND BOOKINGS**


  • Book at least 2 weeks in advance.

  • A 50% deposit is required.

  • Deposit may be paid by transfer, at reception or via online certificate.

  • Cash/card deposits must be paid at least 3 days before.

  • Cancellations over 24h move the deposit to another booking.

  • Cancellations under 24h or no-shows lose the deposit.


**CHAPTER 4


TERMS & CONDITIONS**


  • Online bookings require 100% advance payment.

  • Cancellations under 24h are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations over 24h convert the amount into Spa credit. 10% is retained for each cancellation.

  • Client must provide full name and valid phone number.

  • Online gift certificates are paid in full and sent by email.

  • Physical certificates can only be picked up at Vivi Spa.

  • Terms, prices and services may be changed unilaterally.

  • Payment processing fees are paid by the client.
